In gratitude, I offer free monthly restorative yoga classes for folks who receive my newsletter.

I’ve been practicing yoga for the last 20 years and completed a 200-hour teacher training in the winter of 2017 at YogaSoul in Princeton, NJ under the direction of Ayami Yamamichi.

I started this practice at the beginning of the pandemic in May 2020. Although currently in hiatus, the monthly classes will begin again in the fall of 2022.

Sunday Night Yoga is primarily a restorative yoga class where we feed the body through gentle movement and rest. We begin class with a centering and breathing exercise, followed by gentle stretches to warm up the body and then restorative poses, which we hold for several minutes to let the body do its magic. We end each class with yoga nidra (yogic sleep). You are encouraged to wear your pjs! The class is 90 minutes long.
