“If I didn’t define myself for myself, I would be crushed into other people’s fantasies for me and eaten alive.”

– Audre Lorde

ReDefining Yourself

is a three-month, virtual group coaching program for Women of Color who are ready to deeply examine themselves, their vision and purpose while meaningfully connecting to themselves and others. It’s for women who want to tap into their strengths and clarify who they are becoming.

For years now, I have wanted to start a group specifically for women of color. I’ve been part of many more general groups, and although they have been helpful in my journey, the time is right in my life and our collective lives to make space for and center the specific experiences of women of color.

We’re not meant to live, grow or evolve in isolation. We are hardwired for connection and only in community, where we are seen and held, can we heal, build and become.

The total cost of the program is $350, which includes weekly lessons with videos, prompts, guides and tools. Participants also receive special rates on individual coaching sessions with me to further support your process.

Enrollment is currently closed.

Brilliant, powerful, and compassionate. Sana is the big sister that you need. She gives you physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual tools to help you understand your inner self. She is an empathetic listener and has helped me understand how I can attend to my needs.

Countless thanks to Sana for birthing this idea and bringing it to fruition. It was an honor to be a part of this community. It was a beautiful, loving, and enriching experience to be connected with this group of women of color. We shared our joys and pains, our strengths and weaknesses. We were vulnerable and open. We celebrated and comforted each other. Under Sana’s guidance, we created and cultivated a space wrapped in love and understanding. It was a healing and liberating experience for me.
